Equipment
- Saucepan
- Spoon
- 50g Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 TBSP Golden Syrup
Method
- Put all ingredients except baking soda in saucepan over LOW HEAT
- Raise heat slightly so it bubbles, stir until sugar dissolves
- Take off heat
- Add baking soda & stir. OBSERVE
- Pour carefully onto tinfoil
- Allow to cool
